We just wanted to thank you for all of your help in both finding us a new place at the beach and selling our "old" place. We appreciate the hours you put in showing us houses, lots and condos. Sorry we were so indecisive at times, but you had a lot of patience and stuck with us.

We also are grateful to the time you spent showing our Yellowbird townhouse. We know you spent many "quiet" hours, at open houses when the market was so slow.

You were always a gentleman, patient and positive, looking out for our best interest, not just trying to make a sale. Again, thank you for all your help.
